So far, we have organised a range of events, from picnics in the park to restaurant visits and a visit to the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt - DLR). Even though we have events dedicated to networking amongst women, we are not an exclusive "girl's club"! All students/physicists can attend the majority of events, as we have already done for past meetings (e.g. the visit to the DLR).

The new Diversity Board of CRC1601, is organizing a Christmas party for the Association for Women in Physics on December 5, 2023. As one of the main purposes of the diversity board is promoting female networking and careers, the organizers would like to discuss and advertise during the party about new possibilities within the CRC1601. They are also happy to provide some drinks and snacks for the party!
